Rules and Code of Conduct – Omkara Yoga School Bali

To maintain a disciplined, respectful, and focused learning environment, all students are expected to follow the rules and code of conduct outlined below:

Attendance in all scheduled classes is mandatory, except in genuine emergency situations.
Any uninformed or unapproved leave will negatively impact the student’s overall course performance.
Students must commit to a minimum of two hours of daily self-study to fully benefit from the course.
All teaching materials provided by Omkara Yoga School Bali are protected by copyright and must not be copied, shared, or misused.
Classes have fixed start times, and punctuality must be strictly observed.
Smoking, alcohol, and any intoxicating substances are strictly prohibited on campus.
Students should inform the kitchen staff in advance if they will not be taking meals, to help reduce food wastage.
Discipline, humility, and respect toward teachers, staff, and fellow students must be maintained at all times.
All outstanding financial dues must be cleared before departure from Omkara Yoga School Bali.
Before departure, students must return all school property, including books, yoga mats, or any other provided materials.
Accommodation is provided exclusively for enrolled students.
Relatives or friends are not permitted to stay in student accommodation; however, separate arrangements may be made at an additional cost, subject to availability.
Participation in all scheduled programs, classes, and activities of Omkara Yoga School Bali is compulsory.

Course Fees – Terms and Conditions

The advance booking amount is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. Cancellations for any reason will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Requests to change the course month must be made at least 10 days in advance, subject to seat availability.
If a student withdraws or cancels the course after joining, no portion of the course fees will be refunded.
