200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Bali at Omkara Yoga School is to provide guidance and facilities for a life changing journey. It is the best opportunity to take a step journey towards mindful movement, meditation, and yoga teaching. Additionally, located between the greenery of Bali, this program invites all the yoga lovers to deepen their practice, awaken the inner teacher, and become a confident yoga facilitator.
Meanwhile, students joining this training program will learn more deeply about the traditional Hatha and Vinyasa practices. Besides, they can also do asana practice to refine their alignment and adjustment skills, and learn how to do safe sequence and inspiring classes for others. Ashtanga Yoga Postures
Ashtanga yoga primary series sequence made by K. pattabhi jois, In 200 hours yoga TTC we teach our students basics of Ashtanga yoga and we guide them through the completely Ashtanga yoga series in a systematically way according to the ashtanga yoga tradition which includes-
On 1st week – introduction to Ashtanga yoga followed by Sun salutation A & B.
On 2nd week – Standing sequence postures & use of yoga props.
On 3rd week – Seated sequence postures & Finishing postures.
On 4th week – Mysore style & Teaching practice.
